Refunds

We offer returns and exchanges for items within 30 days from the purchase date if you are disappointed for any of the following reasons:

– Not what you ordered;

– Entirely different from the description;

– Damaged as a result of our factory’s or the carrier’s error;

Replacement and exchanges

We typically DO NOT accept refunds due to customer’s mistakes such as:

– Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. So please review your order carefully before you check out to ensure your order is correct;

– Incorrect shipping addresses;

– Invalid address entry;

– Improper care, damages in use.

However, we still support customers with the replacement but you just need to pay the shipping fee and small of handling fee (handling fee may vary per type such as Hoodie, Sweatshirt)

We’re pleased to give a refund or happy to send to you a free replacement if the product is a different size/ image in comparison with the ones that you purchased on the website, or the size chart on website is incorect (A difference of over 2″ from standard product measurements).

However, if you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we’ll find a solution for your case because as we said, your satisfaction is our top priority and our guarantee.

P/S: Please allow the 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received as sometimes advertised images may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display.

Most of the time we just re-ship the item at our cost if there’s been any unsatisfactory issue, which is very rare, but you should know anyway, so please don’t worry at all. We are here for you at all times.

Please be reminded that our policy allows for replacement or refund requests within 30 days from the purchase date. If your purchase exceeds this timeframe, we regretfully cannot offer you a replacement or refund.

Cancellations and modifications

If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us via contact@domain and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 24 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Please be informed that:

We are not guaranteed to deliver your order in timely manner if your order needs design modification as it will take us much longer to modify your design in this holiday seasons.
NOTE: Please keep in mind that purchasing means accepting all the terms mentioned above.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us again.

Coupon | Promo | Discount codes

– Discount, promo or coupon codes are not applicable to prior, existing or pending orders.
– Discounts cannot be converted to cash value.
– Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction to any other promos.
